The Eagles of Death Metal (EODM) are flying again! The Zagreb concert that was to be held on December 1st this year and cancelled due to the terrorist attack on their gig in Paris is rescheduled for February 19th, 2016 in Zagreb’s Tvornica Kulture. EODM is a famous American rock band known for their energetic live performance, but also for a lot of interaction with the audience from the band’s founder, singer and guitarist Jesse Hughes.
Zagreb fans and visitors of this years’ InMusic Festival enjoyed their performance, which the critics claimed was one of the best of the whole festival! Jesse sure knows how to fire up the crowd with his funny remarks and, of course, fast riffs! We can hardly wait to hear the songs from their new album “Zipper Down” – from which the song “Complexity” can often be heard on the radio – but also the older hits, “Wannabe in L.A.”, “I Want You So Hard”, “Cherry Cola”, “I Only Want You” and others.
Three days before the Zagreb concert, the band will be playing in Paris for the first time after the Bataclan terrorist attack after which their tour was cancelled. They named this part of the tour “Nos Amis”, French for “Our Friends”, in memory of the victims of the Bataclan incident. The band members were determined to finish their tour and continue to spread “Peace, Love, Death Metal” (the name of their first album) to the world. Make sure you don’t miss the show! Tickets can be bought from the InMusic web shop.
