This Easter, the town theater Žar Ptica is traditionally organizing the international Naj, naj, naj Festival, which will take place from April 4th until 8th.
The festival which was founded in 2001, with the idea of providing children audience the best performances for spring school holidays, has become a renowned theatrical event in Croatia and further during the past 17 years. This year, the Zagreb’s audience will have a chance to see works of theaters from Zagreb, Osijek, Čakovec, Zadar Virovitica, and Sisak, with additional international theater groups from Russia, Spain, Serbia, and Italy. The festival is of competitive character with a professional jury which rewards, the most successful performances in multiple categories.
All the performances are free and the tickets can be picked up 1 hour before the show, at the theater cashier where it is being held. Reservations are not possible and the full programme is available at the Žar Ptica website.
