Two world-known artists are coming to beautiful Opatija this summer. Successful jazz pianist and singer Diana Krall is coming to Opatija’s Summer Stage on July 16th, 2019 within her World Tour that starts in April in the US. Another star, great Eros Ramazzotti will perform on the same stage on August 15th.
Diana Krall had her first Croatian concert in the late 1990’s. With over 15 million albums sold worldwide, Krall is one of the highest selling musical artists of the modern age. Since the first album Stepping Out, she has won three Grammys, eight Juno Awards and released nine gold, three platinum and seven multi-platinum albums. She is the only jazz artist to have had as many as eight albums at the Bilboard Jazz Albums list and critics often compare her to Billie Holiday.
Meanwhile, Ramazzotti, in his 30-year career has sold over 60 million records. He has released most of his albums in both Italian and Spanish, has released 11 studio albums, one EP, three compilation albums, three live albums, and 37 singles. During his 2019 tour, Ramazzotti will present his new album Vita ce n’è.
