Followed by “Rated R” in 2000 and the cult album “Songs For The Deaf” in 2002, when the drumsticks were taken over by Dave Grohl from Foo Fighters and Nirvana, a longtime fan of QOTSA and Kyuss, and Homme’s many projects on which they will continue to cooperate in the future. In 2004, Nick Oliveri left the band, turning to the recording of the new material released in 2005 under the title “Lullabies to Paralyze”. Strongly positioned as the most prestigious stoner rock band in the world, QOTSA released “Era Vulgaris” in 2007 and after the break of 2013, their most ambitious album by then “… Like Clockwork”.
