On Friday, November 15 and Saturday, November 16, Zagreb will once again become a center for education abroad as foreign universities, private high schools, language centers from around the world, and representatives of Work & Travel USA’s student exchange program will offer thousands of Croatian students and their parents information about education and training abroad. The fair will be held within Interliber event at the Congress Center of Zagreb Fair (Zagrebački velesajam).
The foreign educational institutions participating in this 5th World Education Fair (WEF) will present their educational programs to Croatian students. For the second time, the event will be organized at the Zagreb Fair Congress Center during the two most visited days of Interliber, Friday 15th and Saturday 16th November. Considering the interest and the most visited hours, this year the World Education Fair’s opening hours are adjusted so that it will be open from noon till 7 pm on Friday and from 11 am to 5 pm on Saturday.
More than 30 leading educational institutions from Europe and the world will participate in this largest fair dedicated to education abroad in Croatia. Among them will be British universities, which will present their study programs for the academic year 2020/2021, for which all students from the EU, including Croatian, are still guaranteed all the rights for the duration of their studies. The focus on non-European universities this year will surely drag the Saudi university, which offers graduate and doctoral studies in STEM fields, as well as very generous scholarships and additional funding opportunities.
WEF will also present high school education in Europe, more specifically this year, the short secondary education programs of one or six months, or one year will be presented in elite British schools. In the area of foreign language learning, this event will provide early registration opportunities for summer 2020 group language courses for children and discounts for anyone interested. Language courses for children and adults in destinations such as Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany and the United Kingdom will also be presented.
