A dynamic eleven-day gastronomic program, accompanied by attractive music events, the popular Zagreb Burger Festival awaits local and foreign visitors at Zagreb’s Strossmayer Square from 12 to 22 September, 2019.
Zagreb’s favorite street food festival, which saw over 170,000 people visit last year, will be held for the 4th time and host over 20 of the most popular burger maestros from Zagreb, Ljubljana, Osijek and Rijeka who will be cooking at this year’s festival. Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy burgers from popular chef Mate Janković, The Garden Bar&Kitchen, Good Food, Lars&Sven, Rougemarin, Raclette Burgers&Fries, Bistro Grill Deno, Burger bar, Maredo Grill, El Toro, Submarine Burger, Kascheta, BarBaQ, Reshetka by Đurina Hiža, Barcode Mitra, Brewbites, Torpedo burger, American bar Dollar, Špiro and Bread Club.
The planetary-popular BEYOND burgers will premiere at this event, and apart from them, visitors will be able to taste colorful delicacies with unusual vegetable-protein combinations, slightly “alcoholic” burgers, as well as burgers that make your eyes sweat. For cocktail fans, Rakijarnica & Mangosta cocktail bar will be the place to be while Le Kolač will present their autumn selection of cakes.
