The most beautiful time of the year Advent in Zagreb 2018 will officially start today, December 1st, with traditional event of lighting of the first Advent candle at the Manduševac fountain at Ban Jelačić Square, at 5 pm.
The even more spectacular event, lighting tens of thousands Christmas lights that decorate the trees at the heart and soul of Zagreb Advent- Park Zrinjevac, each year marks the beginning of fun. The music program at Zrinjevac starts today at 6 pm, while the official lighting up of the Christmas lights is expected to be at 7:45 pm.
The Ice Park at King Tomislav Square opens today as well, at 6 pm.
During the Advent season, Zagreb offers a variety of events that will satisfy even the most demanding visitors.
