According to the Airports Council International/Airport Service Quality‘s passenger satisfaction survey, Franjo Tuđman Airport in Zagreb was named as one of the best airports in Europe in the group of airports of 2 to 5 million passengers in 2018.
Following the ACI / ASQ awards in 2017, according to which the Franjo Tuđman Airport was declared the Most Improved Airport in Europe, this is the second in a series of valuable awards for our new airport related to the quality of airport services.
“We are extremely proud of the fact that we are recognized and rewarded from passengers and service users themselves through the ACI / ASQ survey. Following the ACI / ASQ research in 2017, according to which we have been proclaimed the Most Improved Airport, we are proud that our passengers have recognized our daily efforts in delivering services and rewarded us with high ratings in 2018 as well. This is a continuation of our excellent results and an excellent introduction to the second anniversary of the opening of the new passenger terminal, where we note the continuous growth of traffic results. These awards make us extremely happy and we are committed to continue to provide our passengers and customers with even better quality and better service” said the President of the International Board at Zagreb Airport Huseyin Bahadir Bedir.
Congratulations to the Zagreb Airport!
