The Design District Zagreb 2019 festival will be held June 11 – 16 all along the well-known Martićeva Street.
This warm June week will be marked with programs of cultural organizations active in the neighborhood of Martićeva that invite everyone to enjoy a good creative atmosphere. Interesting initiatives and good entertainment include a series of talks and lectures, workshops, spatial interventions, various events (promotions, panels, projections, readings, etc.) with accompanying music and film program.
In front of the Booksa Club there will be held a program of children’s workshops that combine creative expression and social engagement, while the adults will have the opportunity to participate in the program led by one of the most famous Croatian writers Ivana Bodrožić, who will hold and moderate a ‘short stories’ workshop.
The festival Design District Zagreb and the expanded project under the same name were created with the idea of uniting the communication of all existent creative initiatives concentrated in the central urban zone whose artery is Martićeva street.
