Paying homage to one of the most influential space opera franchises, May 4th (derived from „May the force be with you“ pun) became the internationally celebrated Star Wars day. Zagreb also joined the celebration train and reserved one afternoon to properly mark this geek pride day.
Star Wars day will be held on May 6th, 2017, in Park Ribnjak. The program will include lectures, workshops where you will be able to create some cool SW origami, a model of Star Destroyer and some lego stuff, cosplay sessions and other SW attractions. Youngsters will be able to train in lightsaber combat school and experience the force training.
