Summer on Stross or «Strossmartre» brings a bit of the Parisian spirit to Zagreb once again. Strossmayer Promenade is one of the most romantic promenades in our city, located just a few minutes from the Ban Jelačić Square right underneath Lotrščak Tower.
This year Stross will live as Strossmartre for the entire 100 days from May 30th till September 2nd 2018. It includes musical programme, art installations integrated into space, unusual and entertaining events and prize contests, nostalgic atmosphere of the open-air cinema, painters and their canvases and excellent wine.
Musical programme goes from brilliant jazz, evergreens to the nostalgic 50’s, 60’s 80’s music, along with latino music, singer-songwriters, gipsy and fun alternative genre.
Every Thursday from 7 pm there are magic shows for children and every day from Monday till Saturday from 7:30 pm puppet shows. Concerts are organized almost every night but there are so many performers that we suggest you to follow their facebook page where you can find upcoming events. We are sure you are going to have fun and love this place as much as we love it!
