The Croatian Employers’ Association will host a reception ceremony for new companies that are becoming a part of ‘30% Initiative’ on September 13th, with Jimmy Choo CEO for the United States, Canada and South America Tanya Golesic as a special guest of the event.
The ‘30% Initiative’, which advocates for greater representation of women in management positions, that is, equality of opportunity, was founded in 2018 by the Embassy of Canada, the Croatian Employers’ Association and leaders of 14 companies in Croatia. This year, 15 new reputable companies and national media outlets, will join the Initiative, thereby contributing to raising awareness of these issues.
The companies that join the ‘30% Initiative’ this year are: A1 Croatia d.o.o., Addiko Bank d.d., Adria Media Zagreb d.o.o., Deloitte Advisory Services d.o.o., Energia Naturalis d.o.o., Ernst & Young d.o.o. Hanza Media d.o.o., IBM Croatia d.o.o., Leader media d.o.o., Media service Global d.o.o., NOVA TV d.d., N1, Special Hospital Sv. Katarina, 24 hrs d.o.o and Croatian Radiotelevision.
